Individual, Family, and Couples Counseling

We support adults, children, and families coping with life’s twists and turns as well as ongoing behavioral health issues including addiction, anxiety, trauma, depression, and other psychiatric conditions. Our diverse group of therapists includes those with specific expertise serving BIPOC, Deaf, and LGBTQ+ community members, as well as veterans.

Medication Management

As part of a comprehensive treatment plan, we offer psychiatric assessments and psychiatric medication management for those with mental health and substance use diagnoses.

Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic

In addition to our outpatient counseling clinic, FSRI operates a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). The CCBHC offers routine care, urgent care, and 24/7 crisis intervention. Learn More

Recovery Services and Withdrawal Management

Our recovery services provide individual and group support for those living with Substance Use Disorders. We offer outpatient counseling, group counseling, peer recovery services, and medication management.

Children's Intensive Services

Enhanced Outpatient Services (EOS) is a stabilization program that provides clinical services to children with behavioral and/or mental health care needs. The EOS program helps families with children with behavioral health care needs to effect meaningful long-lasting positive changes. EOS is more intensive than traditional outpatient services and offers flexible treatment options including psychiatric appointments for medication management, individual/family therapy, and/or group therapy. EOS engages clients where it works best for them – at FSRI offices, in their homes, or elsewhere in the community.

Virtual Therapy (telehealth)

Many of our programs can be tailored to meet your needs. You can come to us at the office, or we can meet via a HIPPA-compliant secure video platform.

Community Incident Response Team

In times of crisis, our Community Incident Response team (CIRT) can be deployed to provide immediate, on-the-ground mental health support, ensuring that communities have access to the critical care needed to recover and rebuild after traumatic events. To initiate a CIRT response, please call (401) 854-6678 or complete our online form and a team member will contact you.
