Healthy Families America (HFA) offers support to new parents navigating the joys and struggles of parenthood. HFA provides services for prenatal moms, supports bonding and attachment with newborns, offers child development information and activities, and makes referrals to community resources. It is a long-term program able to support families until their child turns 4 years old. HFA is rooted in an evidence-based model; its approach is strength-based, culturally respectful, and family-centered. HFA Family Visitors meet with clients in their homes, in the community, or via video call, depending on family preference.
